Mr. Vishwa Nath Agarwal, the esteemed CMD of Techman Group, is a distinguished Civil Engineering graduate with a meritorious postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering from Roorkee University (now IIT Roorkee). With over 50 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, he has contributed significantly to the development of residential colonies and the construction of buildings across multiple regions.
Throughout his career, Mr. Agarwal has collaborated with several prominent government departments, including the UP Public Works Department (PWD), Mathura Refinery, and Military Engineering Services (MES), where he was recognized as a special class contractor. His work spanned various cities in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, where he played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.
As a leading real estate developer, Mr. Agarwal has expanded his ventures into key locations such as Agra, Mathura, Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, and Modinagar, contributing to the region's growth and development. His focus on quality construction and innovative design has solidified his reputation in the real estate industry.
